Most of the hair stylers can go up until 240 Celsius degrees. So, it’s not a good idea to use them on a daily basis. Avoid high-temperature stylers completely or use them once in a while.

Do not wash your hair every day and go for sulfate-free shampoos. Apply on conditioners after showers. Do not brush or shape your hair while it is wet since wet hair is weaker. You may also use natural oils such as coconut oil or tea tree oil once a week to moisturize your hair.
